Includes an offprint of an article by Goldstücker (published in Germanistica Pragensia in 1966), in which he introduces and comments upon a novella fragment entitled "Die Stagione," written by Franz Werfel in 1912 and never before published (the fragment was subsequently included in Zwischen Oben und Unten); Goldstücker discovered the manuscript in an antiquarian bookshop in Prague.
